About the Human Resources Team
Our HR team drives change, removes barriers, and builds inclusive talent strategies to support Target’s guest-focused mission. As an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, you will spend most of your time on the sales floor, working with your team, providing guidance to peers, and helping grow the business.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Coaching and developing HR experts and team leaders
Managing payroll, benefits, and recognition programs
Ensuring ethical, safe, and compliant operations

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Business acumen with financial and analytical abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move around all areas of the store
Lifting merchandise up to 15 lbs regularly (up to 40 lbs occasionally)
Operating a cash register accurately
Maintaining reliable attendance
