As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll support multiple leaders, demonstrating critical thinking in a fast-paced environment. You’ll act as an extension of your leader, aligning with their work style while upholding Target’s values and demonstrating the utmost poise, professionalism, and leadership. You’ll go beyond basic expectations, managing multiple priorities and processes while staying informed about the ever-changing retail landscape. Your ability to anticipate your leaders’ needs and proactively address issues will be crucial. Confidentiality, flexibility, and exceptional time management will be key to ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or similar experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with various levels internally and externally
Flexible, resilient, and adaptable; comfortable working in dynamic environments
Highly accountable with a strong initiative; able to balance a fluctuating workload
Exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
A four-year degree is preferred
